[EaF] Semerel Redesign

I feel like Semerel has been neglected for far too long and seriously need some love. The darn human and alf girls already have more exposure than him.

Old one: [EaF] Semerel Scalius

Not much. I was pretty content with his old design but it still felt lacking.

With the fins in the way, designing an armor for our serpent fighter is a huge pain in the butt. He can't wear much because he swims alot too. Most of the changes go to the head to make it easier to draw and much more serious looking and some fix on the fins.

With the "Will of the World" concept about to be added into Ahntrolan (Whole Arc 1 being revised to add this in), I decide to focus more on his weapon. The old one with the concept of "Controlling Chains for crowd control" is gone. Instead, Semerel gets to go full defender mode to follow his original concept as "The Protector of the Sea".

I also added in the bead and trinket here and there to make it feels like his design isn't empty. His weapon is actually an anchor cut in half and one side flipped to the other side.
